About TBS Tech Services
TBS Tech Services helps teams find out what is wrong with an AI product or web app before customers do. We combine code checks, approved answers and repeatable test runs with a human sign-off, and we leave you with tests and evidence you own and can run again.
Who are we?
TBS Tech Services is a quality engineering firm for AI products and web apps. We test chatbots, RAG assistants and AI agents, and build Playwright test automation your team owns. Every finding is reviewed by a QA engineer, and you keep the tests and data we create.
What do we believe?
Four principles guide the work. We trust evidence over claims, so every finding comes with a way to reproduce it. We run code checks before any AI judgment. A person signs off every failure. And you own everything we build, so you can keep going without us.

How does an engagement work?
Every engagement follows the same five steps. We start with a scope call, then agree a written scope. We test inside your repository and environments, and a person verifies every finding in a written report. We then either hand everything over or continue with ongoing monitoring.

What do we not do?
We don’t train or fine-tune models, build AI products, or test infrastructure security. We don’t promise that testing makes software defect-free, and we don’t publish results or client names without written permission. We say plainly when something is outside our scope.
Who do we work with?
We work with SaaS companies and AI startups that ship chatbots, RAG assistants, agents and web apps, and that want evidence before customers find the problems. We work remotely and in any time zone, and we agree how we’ll communicate and report progress when we write the scope.
