1. Using this site

By using the TBS Tech Services website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we offer

TBS Tech Services provides AI testing and Playwright test automation as consulting services. The scope, deliverables and fees of each project are set out in a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website is an offer that binds either side.

3. Quote requests

Sending a quote request does not oblige you to buy anything, and does not oblige us to take on the work. We quote each project on its scope.

4. Testing has limits

Testing lowers risk but cannot prove that software or an AI system is free of defects. Findings describe the versions, data and conditions we tested. Any results, guidance or sample reports on this site are examples and are not a guarantee of future results.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this website belong to TBS Tech Services. Do not copy or redistribute them without our written permission. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set out in that client's agreement.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Try to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or malicious code

7. No warranty

The website is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBS Tech Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. We will try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion first.
